I know there are a lot of realtors who have had no or few closings.  You do things that make your properties stand out and that is what it is taking to sell them in this market.  I feel fortunate to have had all these showings.  The neighbors I've talked to who are listed tell me they have had NO showings, not a few, but none.  So I feel like we (you) are doing all we can in this tough market.
