Whether buying or selling, Ginny realizes the real estate transaction is not only an economic decision but often an emotional time as well.  She recalls the closing of a former home, "I should have grinned all the way to the bank, however I sobbed on the closing papers thinking about the friends we were leaving." Having lived in five states, Ginny knows the joys and frustrations of moving.

Shortly after landing in Mooresville in 2001,  Ginny joined the Welcome Committee as a Community Ambassador and has enjoyed welcoming hundreds of newcomers to the Lake Norman area. Hearing new homeowners' stories of their moving experiences motivated Ginny to obtain her real estate license and become an advocate for her clients.

Raised on a Michigan Dairy farm,  Ginny learned the value of dedication and hard work. After graduating from Michigan State University, she enjoyed a career in marketing and public relations which relocated her from the midwest to California.  After marriage and two children, she followed her husband's building materials career to Colorado and finally to North Carolina. While the children were young, she worked from home as a recruiter placing independent contractors in projects across the country.

Ginny's background in marketing, public relations and recruiting along with her love for people serves her well in real estate.  Whether working with a buyer or marketing a home for a seller, Ginny's motto is, "Going Beyond Service."
